Which service is right for where we are now?
The Brand Read works well if you're feeling uncertain about your identity but haven't yet pinpointed why. The Positioning Companion suits companies actively refining their market presence over time. The Identity Study is best when you know a refresh is coming and want a structured assessment first. If you're unsure, a short conversation with us will help.
How long does each engagement take?
The Brand Read is typically completed within two weeks — one session plus a follow-up. The Positioning Companion runs over three months with monthly touchpoints. The Identity Study spans five weeks, including a team session and the delivery of your roadmap.
Do you work with early-stage companies?
Yes. The Brand Read is particularly well suited for companies that are newer and still forming their identity. We appreciate working with businesses at this stage — there's a lot of good thinking to do before things become fixed.
What does a session look like in practice?
Sessions are conversational — we ask questions, you reflect. There's no formal presentation to prepare. We do the synthesizing after, then share a written document you can read at your own pace and return to.
Can sessions be held remotely?
Absolutely. While we're based in Cali, we work with clients across Colombia via video call. In-person meetings can also be arranged for clients in Cali when preferred.
How are fees structured?
Our fees are fixed per service — $125.000 COP for the Brand Read, $210.000 COP for the Positioning Companion, and $320.000 COP for the Identity Study. Payment details and terms are shared when you reach out.
